We are approved to service most makes/types of doors and offer the following options: Maintenance contract: short or long term contracts tailored to each building - includes planned service visits, preferential labour rate and priority for call outs. There is also the option to include a specified number of call outs within the maintenance contract. Registered customer: as an alternative for smaller buildings and businesses - for a small annual registration fee we will arrange a site visit by an engineer to check the door/doors, supply a brief report on the equipment including compliance to DDA and European/British Standard guidelines, register and set up your details on our system so any reactive work can be carried out quickly. Registered customer have priority over non-contract customers and special labour rates for call outs. Non-contract maintenance: reactive maintenance to assist people experiencing problems with their door. When a call out is placed advice on the labour rates, time scale for an engineer and payment procedures will be given. In addition to door maintenance we off a glass replacement service.
